4. Purpose of personal data processing

Personal data is used in the marketing communications with customers and individuals interested in the sector, which are sent in email via Hubspot marketing tool.  The marketing communications contain Anders Innovations Oy’s current news, blogs, other important notifications and service offerings. We take special care that we have a basis for storing and processing your personal information as defined by the Personal Data Act.

The register may contain the following information on the users:

Name

E-mail address

Name of organization

Language selected by the subscriber

6. Regular sources of information

Personal information is added to the newsletter register located in the Hubspot service when individuals themselves register as subscribers to the newsletter on Anders Innovations Oy’s website, via Hubspot’s contact form or when they provide their contact information for events or material downloads. Representatives of companies that are Anders’ customers or partners will also be added to the register, in which case the data source has been our customer register. People who are seen as customer prospectuses can also be added to the register.

7. Statutory disclosure of information

The information contained in the newsletter register is not disclosed to third parties unless so required by the authorities. If they so wish, the customer may request to review their customer information in the register, and this access will be granted after the customer has been identified. The data subject has the right to check what personal data on them the register contains. The data controller is obligated, upon the data subject’s request, to correct or delete the information concerning the data subject from the register.

8. Transfer of data outside of the EU or EEA

Your personal data may be transferred outside of the European Union from the Hubspot service, but privacy protection has been ensured in compliance with the Personal Data Act.

9. Principles of register security

The personal data is kept confidential. Anders Innovations Oy’s data network is protected by a firewall and other technical measures that ensure the level of security. Persons processing register information are obligated to keep the contents of the register confidential.
