RealtyONE’s network of real estate agents, offices, and brokers all need technology and software to help them succeed. Their private, internal marketplace, built on Shuup multivendor software, allows agents and brokers to purchase 3rd party software subscriptions. The marketplace focuses on providing trusted software that every real estate agent needs. Agents in the RealtyONE network receive discounts and special offers by purchasing through the internal portal.
RealtyONE chose Anders to create their internal marketplace with multiple levels of permissions and commission splitting functions. When agents purchase 3rd party tools from software partners, the payment is automatically split and distributed to the partner and vendor based on commissions rules. Permission levels are set for vendors, admin, and software partners, allowing only access to their own settings and orders.
Shuup ecommerce provides each vendor, agent, and partner their own connected administrative dashboard to manage products, customers, and orders. The Python and Django back-end is customized with inventory management tools for subscription digital downloads. RealtyONE administrators control product approval, permissions, and operations from their own master admin portal.
Anders is also beginning new projects for RealtyONE Group including an internal agent signup and management tool.
