  • You have at least 7 years of work experience as a software developer
  • You have experience with some mainstream code languages (e.g. Python, C #, Java). We don’t want to box ourselves into specific technologies and therefore we wish that you have coded with a few different technologies
  • You have experience with software patterns and you can write code that is easy to understand and maintain
  • You also want to share your knowledge with your co-workers
