Anders’ forces were strengthened as we received a lot of experience and an Ostrobothnian mentality into our sales management. A hard-working IT-solutions professional Jari Saari started this fall in our team of experts. Welcome to Anders our new Sales Director, how do you feel now?

Jari has 20 years of experience in the IT industry and he also has done work in a variety of roles; such as managing IT, infrastructure and design. Jari brings a real dose of sales experience to our team, and his technical know-how combined with customer understanding is a truly unique combination. Jari has spent his last years in the IT industry in both Tampere and Helsinki areas, and now the traveling will be widened with regular visits to Turku.
In addition to being an IT solutions expert, Jari is also an amazingly funny person, and he has already taken on the role of entertainer. Jari also wants to be involved in developing the organizational culture and makes good suggestions to promote our sense of community.
What is the most important to you in your work?
In sales, Jari enjoys the most customer encounters and the opportunity to create value for the customer’s business holistically. In his opinion, sales has an important responsibility to help the customer grow their own business and provide smoothly functioning services to customers’ end users.
“In my work at Anders, what I am looking forward to the most is to build a growth-driven, dynamic, Anders, with an even more positive attitude of doing things. The “we are Anders” -attitude is bold, different, and a bit crazy at times, and that makes my job really easy-going and nice.”, Jari laughs.
Jari is part of the management team and is also working to develop the company’s strategy and sales goals. “Through the management teamwork, I am naturally also involved in the development of the company and especially the sales strategy. The development work is really fascinating in such an agile growth company. We have really convincing references and knowledgeable experts – that’s why I look forward to those sales tasks as well.”
