There is currently an increasing research interest on new learning methods. The University of Turku already has a number of educational technology research projects which aim to provide researched data on the effects of new pedagogic applications and educational environments. Anders Inno is participating in the Smart Classroom project with the university-led Innovations and Business Development Center.
Smart Classroom project is designed to provide the university with a blueprint for adopting the best pedagogically and technologically justified practices of modern educational technologies. The project will also focus on the other things, such as new generation of teaching materials and the educational applications. An example of the latter is a game family which acts as a suitable educational material for courses on innovation and practical business skills.
