Tech in Motion is kicking off LA’s 1st Annual Timmy Awards on March 24th, 2016 at Cross Campus in Santa Monica. The Timmy Awards aim to recognize companies and individuals across the local communities that have worked hard to create the best places for technology professionals to work.
The “Timmys” are awarded to companies and individuals in three categories that are now open for voting:
- LA’s Best Technology Manager
- LA’s Best Technology Work Culture
- LA’s Best Tech Startup

TECH IN MOTION
Tech in Motion is an international event series and organization started with the goal of bringing local tech communities together to meet, learn, and innovate.
What started as a collaborative project between IT recruiting firms Jobspring Partners and Workbridge Associates in 2011, grew into an international event series bringing local technologists together for the hottest discussions in technology. Tech in Motion has now grown to over 60,000 members and has featured some of the most innovative thought leaders in the technology world. Tech in Motion currently hosts events in a total of 11 big cities around the US and Canada.
