Anders took third place in the Finnish Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey this year! We continued the success and were ranked 18th on this year’s Best Workplaces in Europe.
On Wednesday, 5th of June, five Andersians participated in Great Place to Work Europe gala in Stockholm, where our ranking in Best Workplaces in Europe 2019 list was announced. The Finnish Anders team was 18th in the Best Small & Medium Workplaces class (20-49 employees).
More than 1.3 million employees participated in the survey studies in the European region, so our ranking is a great achievement.

There were 20 organizations in the Best Small & Medium Workplaces class (20-49 employees), of which three were Finnish companies. We are really proud of all the Finnish organizations in the lists! Check out the whole list: https://www.greatplacetowork.com/europe-2019
According to Great Place to Work, “A great place to work is one in which employees no matter who they are and what they do for the organization are having a consistently positive experience of trusting their leaders, enjoying the people they work with, and having pride in what they do.
